For part of the route, the tracks followed what is present day Great Creek Road through Oceanville to Brigantine. The tracks went northeast and crossed the West Jersey and Seashore Railroad. Just south of the Pomona section of Galloway was a branch off of the Atlantic City Railroad. The Atlantic City Railroad went through the present day Atlantic City International Airport, and Pleasantville to Atlantic City. I believe the West Jersey and Seashore Railroad evolved into the line that is currently used by New Jersey Transit for the Atlantic City Line for passenger rail service between Philadelphia and Atlantic City. Brigantine is an island that is north of Atlantic City, and across the bay from Oceanville.ДЄccording to the map at the Atlantic City Railroad had a line that ran almost parallel to the West Jersey and Seashore Railroad. Between 18 there was passenger rail service in Brigantine, NJ. In the past, there were railroad tracks that ran near this property.

Drivers on US Route 9 see a sign that resembles aВ crossbuck bearing the name of the plaza, the Oceanville Station.

It is at the intersection of US Route 9 and Great Creek Road (39.469768, -74.461747).

Presently, there is a railroad themed shopping plaza in the Oceanville section of Galloway Township in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The thought is that it would be nice to make some repairs to make it presentable, but county funds would better be spent elsewhere. The next stop westward was Weymouth.ДЄccording to an article in the Press of Atlantic City on Janu( ), the station opened in 1929. It appears that there was service westward to Camden into Philadelphia through Newfield, Glassboro and Woodbury. The only tracks that remain are after what was the crossing of the Blackhorse Pike (US 322/US 40) in Egg Harbor Township near the former Shore Mall (39.402859, -74.562134). Much of route has become the Atlantic County Bikeway. The next stop eastward was Courthouse Platform which was also in Mays Landing. The tracks were part of Atlantic Division and were on the Newfield Branch.ДЄccording to the map on the South Jersey Rail Wiki ( ), there was service eastbound to Atlantic City through Pleasantville. In the past this was the Mays Landing Railroad Station which was served by the West Jersey and Seashore Railroad. Presently, at the end of Taylor Avenue in Mays Landing, NJ there is a small unused structure at the bottom of a small embankment (39.450635, -74.728465).
